Meet your hosts, Mike Azzurri and The Beaverman
Below you can read about the history of No Limit Sports Talk. From its creation to present day
No Limit Sports Talk was founded in 2006 by Mike Azzurri and Chris AKA "The Beaverman". The idea originated in 2006 in Las Vegas. A show way before its time, before podcasts, pandora, iheart radio, there was No Limit Sports Talk that took internet radio by storm. A show that combined sports, contriversial opinions and anylasis, along with sexy women, shook up internet radio as it was known at the time. A cutting edge, unfiltered, show that was not owned by a corporation. Hosts that were not being controlled by networks, network sponsors, that had nobody to answer to. As the show gained momentum, The hosts of NLST were asked to appear at various events all over Las Vegas. Everything from local bars to conventions.
In 2007 The show was then asked to broadcast from a new studio out of Chatsworth, CA. Every week, Mike and The Beaverman would travel from Las Vegas to Chatsworth, CA to the studio's to air the show live and direct from the Chatsworth studios. The Beaverman would start his day in the early morning the day before each show. Camera's would follow him travel from his home in Key West, FL. He would drive from his home to the Miami International Airport. Board a flight to Las Vegas, NV. Once he arrived in Vegas, he would be picked up by other NLST host Mike Azzurri. The duo would then make the roughly 4 hour drive from Las Vegas, across the Mojave desert and roll into Chatsworth.
With a successful launch at the new studios in California, the initial reaction from people was it was a perfect match combining the Bad Boys Of Broadcasting as they were known, and hooking them up with Porn Valley. A seemingly naturally fit location to air a sports show topped off with sex appeal and scantily clad women. This show needed the freedom, to do as it was created to do.
Once the short, but successful time in Chatsworth was over. The show returned to its birthplace of Las Vegas, NV. The show continued on as it broadcasted from various locations around Las Vegas. The Beaverman had to temporary take a leave of absence due to some unfortunate health related issues and was no longer able to travel from Florida to Las Vegas every week. In 2015 Mike made his way back to New Jersey and the show has been broadcasting every since then from various locations through out NY/NJ and Florida.
Fast forward to 2020, the show is relaunching with new twists and turns yet still remains unfiltered and uncensored. The hosts still remain very brutally honest, opinionated, tell it like it is attitude, not only with sports, with all subjects included. All combined into 1 fun filled show.
